Enrollment and Re-Enrollment

Procedures for 2012 -2013

Re-Enrollment:

If you are re-enrolling for the 2012 - 2013 school year please complete the "Re-Enrollment Form" and the "Press Release Form" and submit them with your non-refundable $200 re-enrollment fee no later than February 28, 2012. We cannot guarantee a space for your child if the February 28th deadline is not met! Also please be aware that there will be a $50 late fee charged for re-enrollment after April1,2012.

Be sure to notify your home school district by the April 1, 2012 deadline to secure transportation for the 2012 - 2013 school year!

The balance of matriculation fees ($300 K-5grade and $400 6-12grades) must be paid no later than July 5, 2011 or they will be spread ($34 per month) over 12 months (July 5, 2012 -June 5, 2013) and added to your monthly FACTS tuition management payment or added to your annual tuition if paying annually.

Tuition for those families on FACTS tuition management for the 2011 - 2012 school year will automatically start on July 5, 2012 unless you notify the school otherwise. Tuition for those families paying annually must be paid in full by July 5, 2012. The annual discount will be given up and parents must immediately enroll in FACTS if your annual tuition is not received by July 20, 2012.

Initial Enrollment:

If you are enrolling as a new student for the 2012 - 2013 school year please complete the "Application for Admission", "Press Release Form""Record Release Form" and the "Student Conduct Agreement Form (for the 6-12grades only)" as soon as possible and submit them to the office with the non-refundable $175 registration and assessment/testing fees.

Be sure to notify your home school district by the April 1, 2012 deadline to secure transportation for the 2012 - 2013 school year!

The balance of matriculation fees ($350 K-5grade and $450 6-12grades) must be paid upon acceptance to the school along with the full annual tuition or a completed FACTS tuition management agreement with a voided check and payment of any arrears due (Tuition starts  July 5th and goes for 12 months until June 5th).

After receiving your forms and the $175 registration and assessment/testing fees the school secretary will schedule an appointment with the Principal for your initial interview. After the interview with the Principal, student(s) and both parents/guardians the school secretary will schedule a date for your child to be tested and will also fax a copy of your "student record release form" to your child's last school to secure 3 years of final grades and standardized test scores. The speed with which the school can make a decision on placement for your child depends on the speed with which we get the records from your child's prior school so any help in that area will expedite the schools ability to accept your child for the upcoming year! Students entering grades 5-12 will be scheduled a second appointment with the Dean of Students prior to acceptance to discuss their student's records and assessment results.

Once your child is accepted the school secretary will help finalize your tuition payment plan and help with getting your student ready for the new school year.
